2. What we collect on this website
Only the email you voluntarily provide to join the waitlist, along with your browser language and the date. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous usage metrics (PostHog).
3. What we do NOT collect
We collect no data about your activity inside the 183 días mobile app. The app is 100% local: your border crossings, photos, reservations, and evidence live on your iPhone, encrypted, never touching our servers.
4. Purpose
Your email is used exclusively to notify you about the launch and important news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
5. Retention
We keep your email while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we delete it within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability, and limitation by emailing privacidad@183dias.app. If you feel we don’t respond appropriately, you may file a complaint with the AEPD (Spain) or your country’s equivalent authority.
7. Processors
We use Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and PostHog (consent-based analytics). All sign data-protection agreements compliant with GDPR.
